PREVENTLY

Freelancer UX/UI design lead | February - October 2020

PROJECT GOAL

I had the honour to join PREVENTLY as freelanced-based designer in 2020.

The intention was to create a handy platform, providing a simple overview for mid thirties. Users can track their check-ups, get reminders, find and book an appointment with a dedicated specialist.

SETTING INFRASTRUCTURE

TACKLE PROBLEMS.

My task was to utilise the provided resources, including the persona, quick sketches, and ideas, to establish the best possible starting point. From there, I determined the optimal user journey and created a seamless UX and UI solution.

THE BREAD AND BUTTER:

DESIGNSYSTEM

Consistency is a crucial but often overlooked aspect of the design process. It's vital to establish reusable components and modules, as well as a clearly defined branding guideline from the outset. The primary focus should be on the corporate identity, including the logo, colors, and fonts, followed by elements such as buttons and form field states.

THE FINAL RESULT

Following a total duration of approximately 10 months, the website and platform were launched.

Throughout the project, it was inspiring to witness the team's unwavering commitment to user-centric design, including multiple iterations to refine the product. They also prioritised being data-driven and emphasised creating a clean UI.

TEST, COLLABORATE, POLISH

We utilised Typeface to conduct multiple usability tests and shared the Invision prototype, gathering feedback from approximately 50 sources. Through careful analysis and iteration of this feedback, I was able to validate the defined UX strategy using real data. Specifically, I diagnosed and adjusted each module's content accordingly.
